Terms & Conditions

Lost Parcels

Beadz Bazaar is responsible for your order until it leaves the shop and is passed to a third party for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of your items if the customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address.


We aren’t able to chase up lost parcels on your behalf, but we will provide all the help we can.  If you believe your parcel has been lost and you wish to make a claim, you will need to complete a claim form, available from the post office. I can then provide you with a printed copy of your invoice, together with the proof of postage.
 Please note that the maximum value for lost or damaged parcels is £46 for items which have been sent first class with a proof of postage.

 Orders

By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. 

Description of products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions and prices on the website are correct when entered onto the system. Although we endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks last, we will contact you by email should an item no longer be available and offer you an alternative or a refund.

Shipping
When you place an order with Beadz Bazaar, it will be processed promptly. Each item is packaged in appropriate packaging for protection during transit. All items are sent Royal Mail First Class & proof of posting is always obtained. 

Returns procedure
If you need to return an item, please complete the 'Returns' section of this website, which can be found under the heading 'Customer Service'. We would ask you please to use registered post as Beadz Bazaar cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.

Refunds
Once the item has been received by us and, providing the goods meet our returns criteria, your refund will be processed within 28 days . 

Returns policy
If you are not completely happy with your items, you can return them to us within 7 days of the date your order was received. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund - provided the items are returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging (excludes earrings for reasons of hygiene).

If you are returning an item because it is faulty, we will refund the postage you paid both when buying and returning the item. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will not refund the postage you paid when buying and returning the item.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at sales@beadz.co.uk  and include the following:
•Customer name
•Order details
•Date of order

If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery (please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy).

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Beadz Bazaar will take place on the dispatch of the products you ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in ‘Cancelling an Order'.

We may cancel your order for one of the following reasons:

The product you ordered is unavailable

We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment

A pricing or product description error has been identified or,
